Queues

A queue is a work bucket that cases can be routed to (for example, by a queue-update action). Queues are standalone configuration documents validated against queue.schema.json.

Referenced by name

Case actions (CASE_QUEUE_UPDATE_ACTION) reference a queue by its name, not its id. Keep queue names stable.
